I've just received a reply the prosecutor wants to see him in person this week. As soon as I know more, I will share it.

Hello guys,
I am also a btc24 victim, fortunately I don't have huge amounts funds pending. I still think that it's outrageous how we are basically ignored.
So from what I've read now the problem is that the prosecutor doesn't speed up and do his job. Allow me the stupid question, but why not change prosecutors then? Or is he that far into the case already that changing doesn't make sense? I don't get it. Also, is the prosecutor somehow associated to the state? Public prosecutor or something? If yes, I think polish press would be very interested to hear about their legal system's inability. I think a public buzz is what this needs.. Otherwise I consider the money lost. A text specifying the incompetency should be set up and sent out to press offices. Even if no money gets recovered, people should be made aware of it.
Cheers

Unfortunately delay after delay. After the 16 september meeting wasn't held, I continued mailing them. Got a new date see following:Izi wrote:Any news from the meeting?btc24refund wrote:I've just received a reply the prosecutor wants to see him in person this week. which was last friday. After mailing again about the results I've received the following:Hi Jeff,
Mr Counsellor set up a meeting with the Prosecutor which takes palce this Friday at 11 o'clock.
This meeting will sum up the current stage of this proceedings.
After the meeting I will let you know about result of the meeting.
Regards,
So yes, this isn't going as smooth as I had hoped. Feel free to contact them yourselves as well and ask about the situation if you feel the need. I'll continue to mail them until that meeting is finally being held between the prosecutor and lawyer.Hi Jeff,
Mr counsellor's wife has just given a birth so I assume that mr. Counsellor hasn't met the prosecutor Today.
Probably he has spent last 24 h in a hospital.
I don't want to interrupt him today so I will let you know on Monday when mr. Counsellor meets with Prosecutor.
Please accept my apology for the delay.
P.S.
It's a boy.
Regards

The prosecutor is someone chosen by the state to handle cases in a certain area. Only the state has the authority to change prosecutors. Public buzz always sounds good; do you know someone or have any means to accomplish this?
My understanding at the moment is that the case will reach it's conclusion shortly but nothing is certain.
