Why cant he transfer to a German account?
Anyway forget Millenium or any traditional bank in Poland.
For his needs he should go straight to Citi, its only 200m from the original WBK branch. :)

I guess it's just excuses to get time passing and our money and coins spent or washed clean.

Why else he spends his time in Asia.

I know this mindset doesn't help is but like you say... excuses... excuses... excuses
