There have been some noteworthy developments which ought to be interesting to share.
I've found out with the freezing of the funds, there was a confiscation of BTC-24's server computers. On those server computers there should be records indicating the balances of all the BTC-24 users. Effort is being undertaken to retrieve those server computers as it's a vital part of refunding the BTC-24 users. It is unclear to me if any BTC's are also stored on those server computers but, and that is speculation from my side, it would make sense to me.
When the retrieval of the hardware is done a withdrawal process will be set up again by Simon similar to the 72% withdrawal we had back in December 2013. Simon mentioned he will reach out to the users when the hardware is retrieved and the funds has been fully cleared.
Speaking of the funds, the latest status was that the Polish bank required documents. These documents have been provided. One particular document however, was written in English. It was not accepted since that particular document needed to be in Polish. The document has been translated and re-submitted to the bank. There is no indication if the entire document-process with the bank is going well but the overall feeling is that it's progressing.
When I know more, i'll inform you first.
Now this is bullshit!
How was he able to return us the 72% of the funds without those servers?
We are able to proof with the bank statements that we got the 72% from him.
