[Mailing #59] Small update from the lawyer

Post by btc24refund » Thu Dec 14, 2017 7:19 am

Dear BTC24-victims,

As mentioned in my previous mailing my next course of action was figuring out why the lawyer of Simon has not yet received the official outcome. This official outcome states that the Polish investigation concerning money laundering has been ceased. This in itself means the funds will be unfrozen.

It is important to have this official outcome communicated with Simon or his lawyer. Simon has been advised by his lawyer not to make any statement while the investigation is active. While we and he probably as well, knows the investigation is cancelled I reckon he waits till it's 100% official.

From what I have learned after contacting our lawyer is that the official outcome has been sent but Simon's lawyer appears to be residing abroad. This means delivery of the statement is within two to three weeks after having been sent.

Every time the Polish state sends out these kinds letters it is send through a registry and with confirmation of delivery. This confirmation is signed by the addressee and then returned to Poland. Return of the confirmation usually also takes the same amount of time at the very least. As far as I can tell now, hopefully next steps will be made start of next year.

What's interesting though, is that our lawyer was able to get this statement even before Simon, the suspect in the investigation, has received this. I'll never understand how Polish authorities operate....

Regards,
Jeff

Jeff, do you have that statement from polish prosecutor? Or should we contact our lawyer individually to ask for it to see it.

For those of you new to this board, Bernard75 is the resident troll. We are all eager to see our money. We've waited this long and seen good (albeit slow) progress though, and Jeff has been doing a great job managing everything so far. There is no reason to think anyone is lying, especially considering the history of delays.

Thank you.
And just look at the forum. It hasnt been maintained for months, although i must admit, that is not Jeffs job, but his complice from "Nigeria".
If anybody still sends him money, thats just a waste.

I have been in contact with him since the beginning:

So stop belittling this, its just a scam build on another.
