[Mailing #54] Nothing to report, still.
Dear BTC24 victims,
It's been a while since the last update. This is mainly due to the fact that, according to our lawyer, the prosecutor continues to take his sweet time. I've been pushing our lawyer to keep contacting the prosecutor for the past 5 months, the latest reply sums the progress up:
==
Hi Jeff,
I finally catched Prosecutor so thats why my answer is so delayed.
The case is again back in the Prosecutor's office in Gorzow Wielkopolski.
The files are still being translated and they are going to proceed Hausdorf's hearing again.
The case shall be finished at the prosecutor's part till June. However it is still just a Prosecutor's prediction.
We will be informed about the result by the written statement.
Regards,
===
I've asked our lawyer if there are other means to speed this up but I suppose it's against better judgement.
I'll keep you informed as soon as there is any relevant update to report.
Regards,
Jeff

Some interesting news regarding the case: Apparently, the prosecutor is planning to invite Simon for a hearing towards the end of April this
year. This is what the lawyer could tell after having called the prosecutor about the case.
edit: Made message more clear

Apparantly the appointment was at May 8th, however no one showed up. I am trying to find out what happened. To be continued.
