Another nice to have besides the frozen money would be transaction data. Due to the platform being shutdown my records are not complete and I would love that to be changed. Perhaps Simon is going to make a transaction dump available when the money is set free. If anyone is able to push for that, thanks in advance :P

The case is not connected to the Polish prosecutor but was raised in Germany. As far as I understood the authorities it was based on several criminal complaints against Simon out of Germany. When they looked into them they (the authorities) raised the criminal complaint in regard to the Kreditwesengesetz.

In regard to timoue:

A quick google search gave me: https://www.reddit.com/user/timoue There he talks about a substantial loss. I don't know the user and cannot say whether it is the same guy - but it sounds strange to me.

As in regard to Simon: I tried to track him down, took some time and money but I did manage to locate him. He seems a friendly guy, however, some of the statements he did were clearly wrong. I'm not sure how much I can believe if some of the things he sais are just not true.

BitcoinVictim, please read the posts more carefully; you are confusing this. To clarify:
1. I am the same guy who posted as "timoue" on reddit and whose posts you can see under https://www.reddit.com/user/timoue. And (unfortunately) I do have "substantial claims" outstanding (though I did get my 72%).
2. There is a second person, who posted on reddit under the username "2weiX".
3. 2weiX posted on reddit that he was at the trial. Jeff messaged him/her and received a response with the text to which you are referring. In the post, Jeff was disseminating this message for us.
4. I have been called and heard as a witness at the same trial, but I am not 2weiX and I do not know him/her.
