Re: [Mailing #49] Prosecutor has finally been met

Thank you for the update, Jeff. I agree that contacting a local paper (or another media source) is a good idea. I'd be happy to help if I can (I only speak English).

Re: [Mailing 48] Decision needed, respond ASAP please

So Bernard75, what do you think is the best course of action? You were in contact with a lawyer in Poland some time ago, have you made any progress on getting your funds back? Unfortunately not, and suing BTC-24 in England or Simon in Germany are looking very bleak until the prosecutor and the peop...

Re: A Message To Simon Hausdorf

I think we need to make it clear to Simon that we will not be a legal threat to him if he decides to communicate again. If I were Simon, I would not respond to what has been said on this forum. I would be scared that anything I say would be used as additional legal leverage, especially if he knows t...

Re: [Mailing #44] Wrapping up registration

Dude, its been over 6 months and there is still no "runin" with the prosecutor. Makes you think... Not really. The lawyer wasn't contacted that long ago, and the registration was completed just recently. Legal matters can take a long time. You're a troll. None of your arguments have any fact or log...

Re: [Mailing #44] Wrapping up registration

So, good luck explaining your fuck up to the people who paid you and trying to squeeze more cash out of them for nothing. Adieu. I don't understand what your point is... are you simply saying that we might have overpaid? So what? Sure, it would have been nice to pay the minimal amount, but forward ...

Re: [Mailing #44] Wrapping up registration

I told you everything over 6 months ago. Admin can look the messages, that were pretty one sided, up. Why dont you tell the people who pad for it instead of postponing over and over? Bernard, what are you talking about? Are you accusing Jeff and the admin of hiding information? If you have informat...

Re: [Mailing #44] Wrapping up registration

I understand needing some time to send funds, but if anyone hasn't at least initiated their payment and the mailing of the PoA form, then I don't think they should be allowed to participate. They have had over a month, and we can't wait forever. If we have about 50 people in the group ready to move ...

Re: [Mailing #39] Two options to proceed

We could probably send emails to the prosecutor ourselves, as bernard mentioned, but wouldn't having a lawyer be useful in other ways? Would a lawyer be able to more effectively push the case forward? And would a lawyer actually keep us updated with the progression? I know it's 800 EUR, but that see...
