Re: [Mailing #67] Summary of the past 6 months

Thanks as always for the short update. But it just sounds like yet another excuse to me - for how long is he planning to draw out this particular excuse of needing to get vaccinated and avoid quarantine?

That's a weak one, even for Simon, while he's continuing to live off the money he stole.

Re: [Mailing #29] New forum online

Is this forum still being moderated? The first five and a half pages are currently nothing but spam, none of the recent posts have been answered, and it seems like forever since the last meaningful update. I really hope this site hasn't gone the way of the previous one after all this time, and that ...

Re: [Mailing #65] Slow progress

Have you considered asking him why he attempted to get the company struck off the UK companies register back in 2017/18? It was reinstated by the court late last year (2019), apparently by order of the court after someone complained to Companies House about his company's outstanding debts, but this ...

Re: [Mailing #65] Slow progress

I assume the "progress", when it's finally reported, will just be that some supposed letter has moved another five meters between Poland and Germany or vice versa, while Simon continues to spend the money he ran off with in Thailand or Cyprus or wherever. I'd love to be proven wrong (by him finally ...

Simon behaving honestly? That seems like a pretty huge "if" at this point. He might have originally had honest intentions, but 6 years down the line there's little to distinguish him from a thief.

Re: [Mailing #60] Minor update about current state

Thanks Jeff for the update also. Agreed with Izi about the lack of communication. Perhaps it would be nice if the statement included some mention of the BTC (even if that's "I've changed my mind, I'm not giving them back anymore"...).

Re: [Mailing #58] Current status

Thanks for taking the time to give us all an update Jeff. It's somewhat reassuring to hear something back from you and Simon's lawyer. In my mind some things still don't quite match up, such as the fact, as pointed out in the other threads, that the BTC were never frozen (and the lawyer's unwillingn...

Re: [Mailing #57] You might want to read this!

As Oger said, I'm also one of the ones who requested a BTC withdrawal several times back in 2013 (with support tickets and e-mails to the lawyers) but never heard anything back - it simply seemed that there was little that could realistically be done until the Polish prosecution was dealt with. Like...
