Re: [Mailing #60] Minor update about current state

Thanks Jeff for the update also. Agreed with Izi about the lack of communication. Perhaps it would be nice if the statement included some mention of the BTC (even if that's "I've changed my mind, I'm not giving them back anymore"...).

Re: [Mailing #58] Current status

Thanks for taking the time to give us all an update Jeff. It's somewhat reassuring to hear something back from you and Simon's lawyer. In my mind some things still don't quite match up, such as the fact, as pointed out in the other threads, that the BTC were never frozen (and the lawyer's unwillingn...

Re: [Mailing #57] You might want to read this!

Because that's what we were all told when the site went down - that the BTC are safe and that Simon could be trusted to do the right thing when the Polish prosecutor released the fiat funds. In what sense is the case weak? We had BTC on the site and have the evidence to prove it, then Simon and Ben ...

Re: How many other bitcoin-creditors are still missing their BITCOINS?

Hi btc24refund,

Is there a solution to this? I also still had BTC on the site that I wasn't able to withdraw, so if there was any useful info in the e-mail you sent, I'd also be very happy to receive it! :)

Thanks, Andrew
