Re: [Mailing #65] Slow progress

I've also learned Simon has (finally) hired a lawyer in close proximity to the bank, to better streamline the proces. This was right before the holidays so I'm expecting an update soon. I'm just as frustrated about the pace. Despite that, I still see progress. I'll keep doing my best to put pressur...

Re: [Mailing #65] Slow progress

Hi Jeff, some months ago you gave us a ray of hope, but now it seems quite obvious that the response from the director of the polish bank is just a joke.. Thanks for your effort anyway. While I agree, yet again, it's taking long. There is still progress. The entire process of getting the documents ...

Re: [Mailing #65] Slow progress

I wish everybody a lot of success for recovering their funds! Personally, I only got aware of BTC-24's failure a couple of weeks ago when I tried to log in to verify 5 bitcoins which I bought back in 2013. Is there any way to recover my coins? I still have access to the associated e-mail and likely...

So it's been 2 months, did Simon managed to send the documents in Polish to the bank?

Effort is being undertaken to retrieve those server computers as it's a vital part of refunding the BTC-24 users.
Now this is bullshit!

How was he able to return us the 72% of the funds without those servers?

We are able to proof with the bank statements that we got the 72% from him.

Re: [Mailing #63] Status bank communication

Thank you.

I asked this question a few months ago. Shouldn't Simon also get back in touch with us (his costumers), because some of us changed the bank, address, email etc., in order to facilitate the process of returning the money? Or maybe our lawyer can help him with this?

Re: [Mailing #60] Minor update about current state

Any news? It's been 2 months and nothing. Not ok, time is running out for Simon because I will have to press charges against him in my country. I hate to do this but there is really no other option. I waited long enough and no statement from him or his lawyer. Jeff, I urge you again and last time to...
