Re: [Mailing #65] Slow progress

I wish everybody a lot of success for recovering their funds! Personally, I only got aware of BTC-24's failure a couple of weeks ago when I tried to log in to verify 5 bitcoins which I bought back in 2013. Is there any way to recover my coins? I still have access to the associated e-mail and likely...

Effort is being undertaken to retrieve those server computers as it's a vital part of refunding the BTC-24 users.
Now this is bullshit!

How was he able to return us the 72% of the funds without those servers?

We are able to proof with the bank statements that we got the 72% from him.

Re: [Mailing #63] Status bank communication

Thank you.

I asked this question a few months ago. Shouldn't Simon also get back in touch with us (his costumers), because some of us changed the bank, address, email etc., in order to facilitate the process of returning the money? Or maybe our lawyer can help him with this?

Re: [Mailing #60] Minor update about current state

Any news? It's been 2 months and nothing. Not ok, time is running out for Simon because I will have to press charges against him in my country. I hate to do this but there is really no other option. I waited long enough and no statement from him or his lawyer. Jeff, I urge you again and last time to...

Re: [Mailing #60] Minor update about current state

Thanks for the update. Could you ask Simon to ask his lawyer to put out some statement that his client (Simon) has an honest intentions and will return the money to us when banks releases the accounts, plus some schedule and process on how it's going to be done? I don't see why this would be a probl...

Re: [Mailing #57] You might want to read this!

Yes, this is a very unusual situation. I am also losing my patience and I hope Jeff makes some announcement soon, since Simon was supposed to go to the Polish bank at the end of March, 2+ weeks ago. There is always a possibility of a civil lawsuit + reporting to police, but this would cost each of u...

Re: [Mailing #57] You might want to read this!

I've contacted our lawyer on Tuesday. Jeff was is contact with Simon but he said that he still doens't have the access to the money. Our lawyer asked Jeff to ask Simon to show the Bank statement - we are currently waiting for Simon's Bank statement to see if this is the truth. I wouldn't be too worr...
