Re: [Mailing #61] Noteworthy update

Just checking facts. Do we know at what bank our money got stuck? If so it's not so hard to get in touch with personnel and ask regarding the matters. There should be someone responsible in a bank that knows exactly this whole story. Jeff is Simon doesn't ring bank like twice a day can we at least g...

Re: [Mailing #61] Noteworthy update

Dear BTC-24 victims, At the current moment Simon needs to fill out a few forms, get them notarized and send them back to the Polish bank. He plans on doing this within the next 2 weeks. When the bank responds positively he will get in touch with the customers. Regards, Jeff Great news indeed Jeff. ...

Re: [Mailing #57] You might want to read this!

How about we contact Simon's previous Germany law firm that basically dealt very professionally with 72% payout. I don't think that will cost us much and these guys were at least in the know zone.

Re: [Mailing #57] You might want to read this!

How long does it take for polish authorities to keep that money available for pick up and if Simon won't s...

Re: [Mailing #57] You might want to read this!

In that case I believe we need to contact that Germany's law firm that was dealing with us previously. They know what's up with this and they've been informing us at the time that polish prosecution has some internal issues delivering our money back. Fast forward to this year and we know money are b...

Does anyone here got any update or money in to their bank accounts yet? Please share as we might need to prepare for a new case against Simon in case he does a bank run on us. New Year already gone we need to push our lawyer for more info on a subject.

Re: [Mailing #57] You might want to read this!

So here we are. I believe if prosecutor agreed to release our funds he probably made a time line. We need to know that date in order not to miss the payments. Also I saw more recently all of these Bitcoin missing guys coming out of the shade after all this time and ridiculously asking where are thei...
