[Mailing #67] Summary of the past 6 months
Dear BTC-24 victims, It's been more than 6 months since my last mailing. Developments have been slow and adding a pandemic to the whole doesn't help much either. To recap where we are currently; the Polish prosecutor has lifted the charges meaning the confiscated funds are now at Santander in Poland...

[Mailing #66] Reconstruction of the last few months
Dear BTC-24 victims, It's been a while since the last mailing and generally that means that progress has continued to be slow. In my last mailing I spoke of the writing of a solicitor having to arrive in order for the bank blockade to lift. To give some more perspective to what has happened I've ad...

Re: [Mailing #65] Slow progress
Hi Jeff, some months ago you gave us a ray of hope, but now it seems quite obvious that the response from the director of the polish bank is just a joke.. Thanks for your effort anyway. While I agree, yet again, it's taking long. There is still progress. The entire process of getting the documents ...

Re: [Mailing #65] Slow progress
As it stands at the moment, Simon is still awaiting response from the director of the polish bank to have a meeting. The deadline for that meeting has passed so I'm doing my best to find out about the current status. When I have an update, I'll send out another mailing.

[Mailing #65] Slow progress
Dear BTC-24 victims, It's been a while since the last update. Quite frankly progress has been slow unfortunately. In the last mailing I mentioned that a document had to be translated and re-submitted. After re-submitting the document; a new list of documents were yet again requested from the bank. I...

Re: [Mailing #64] Getting closer
Effort is being undertaken to retrieve those server computers as it's a vital part of refunding the BTC-24 users. Now this is bullshit! How was he able to return us the 72% of the funds without those servers? We are able to proof with the bank statements that we got the 72% from him. The quoted par...

Re: [Mailing #63] Status bank communication
Thank you. I asked this question a few months ago. Shouldn't Simon also get back in touch with us (his costumers), because some of us changed the bank, address, email etc., in order to facilitate the process of returning the money? Or maybe our lawyer can help him with this? Tried to find this out ...

Re: [Mailing #63] Status bank communication
Thank you Jeff! I´m wondering all the time why Simon doesn´t speed up the case... If i were him, i would make pressure to the bank by my lawyer... I think we all have that feeling, it's been close to 6 years now. From what I can tell he didn't have the right lawyer to begin with and he lacks some p...

[Mailing #64] Getting closer
Dear BTC-24 victims, There have been some noteworthy developments which ought to be interesting to share. I've found out with the freezing of the funds, there was a confiscation of BTC-24's server computers. On those server computers there should be records indicating the balances of all the BTC-24 ...
